Galvanizing plus powder coating
The duplex procedure ‘Zn + powder’ is a high-quality corrosion protection system which consists of a galvanization in combination with one or more following coloured powder coatings. Components coated in this procedure of galvanizing plus powder coating have a 1.2 to 2.5 times longer service life than the total of each of the individual protection times for galvanizing and coating. We use epoxy resin as base coat for multi-coat systems as this ensures a smoother surface in the final result.
